These terms govern your use of Relay, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]("Relay", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.
The service
Relay provides a shared AI memory layer for your team, wired into Claude Code and Claude.ai via the Model Context Protocol. The subscription is €99/mo per team for up to 20 members. For larger teams or custom requirements, Enterprise pricing is available — contact us.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your team's account, including the actions of members you invite. Keep your access tokens confidential — anyone holding a valid token can access your team's memory.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the 7 days you will be automatically charged €99 unless you cancel before the trial ends, in which case you will not be billed.
Billing & cancellation
After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel self-serve from the admin dashboard at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
You retain ownership of the content your team stores. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your team's memory at any time, and deleting your account permanently erases it.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content your team stores. Do not use the service to store unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access another tenant's data or otherwise compromise the service. We may suspend access for violations.
Service availability
We work to keep Relay available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and we rely on third-party providers whose availability is outside our control.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [CITY], Slovenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you may have.
