Privacy Policy

Who controls your data

When your team uses Relay, your organisation is the data controller for the memories your team stores, and Relay acts as a data processor handling that content on your behalf. For your account and billing details, Relay is the controller.

What we collect

• Memory content — the notes, decisions, and context your team chooses to save through Claude Code and Claude.ai.
• Account data — team name, member names and handles, email addresses, roles, and seat count.
• Billing data — your billing email and subscription status. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Operational logs — minimal technical logs (timestamps, request status) needed to run and secure the service.

We do notsell your data, and we do not use your team's memory content to train AI models.

Tenant isolation

Every team's memories live in their own isolated tenant namespace. Your team's data is never visible to another organisation, and access is gated by per-team tokens.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of reputable infrastructure providers to operate Relay. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service:

• Supabase — accounts, authentication, and database.
• Mem0 — storage and retrieval of memory content.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email (invites, sign-in links).
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal data we hold. Admins can export the full team memory and delete the account at any time from the dashboard, or email us and we will action requests promptly.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. When you delete your account, all team memory, member accounts, and access tokens are permanently erased, and we instruct our sub-processors to delete the corresponding data. You can export your team's memories before deleting.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
